The club have been successful in their bid to hold the Rugby Halbro Cup Finals on Saturday May 5th. The Halbro Cups are the knock-out competitions for sides below first teams for North West clubs. Unfortunately our second and thirds have already been eliminated.
There are cups at 4 levels so 4 finals will take place on that day. The Cup, Trophy, Shield and Plate. The Shield and Plate will kick off at 12.00 noon, the Trophy at 2.00 pm and the Cup at 4.00 pm. The club will be open from 10.00 am.
It will be a big day for the club and hopefully we will demonstrate that we can successfully host such tournaments as these in any of our sports. Members may be approached by Chris Novak, John Jeskins, Tony Murton or Dave Todd to help on the day. Please be prepared to help if asked or even volunteer!
